Voice over internet has its own negative side too and here are some:
• Since internet connection is needed for you to avail the service, you must make sure that it’s a high-speed internet connection. If your internet connection runs like a turtle you will never enjoy using the service and it will just surely get you to your highest temper.
• With a less desirable quality of internet connection, there might be IP packets that will be delayed or lost during the call so you will experience drop out of voice.
• There are other Voice over internet providers who impose charges in your calls specially with long distance calls and even local or mobile calls which can be costly.
• Other VOIP services is only available to those who are having the services too. This means that you can only make a call to a pc with having the same service or in a special VoIP phone.
